Our Practice

The Dunaway Law Firm is a general practice law firm which focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, workman’s compensation, DUI, divorce, criminal, and probate matters. Clients from Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Abbeville, and Greenwood counties, but not limited to those, are served.

Our Firm's History

In 1981, Tom W. Dunaway, III, opened his solo practice in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. After multiple years working as an Assistant Solicitor for the 10^th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina, Thomas W. “Field” Dunaway, IV, joined the practice in 2016, and alongside of Tom W. Dunaway, III, they extended their no nonsense approach to an even larger client base. Today, after the Dunaway name has been hanging outside of the historic Wilhite Geisberg Marianos building located at the corner of S. McDuffie Street and E. River Street for over 40 years, excellent legal assistance continues to be offered to all those who step foot inside its doors. Attorney Field Dunaway and his staff bring many years of combined legal experience into each and every case. Each representation is valued and there is total concern for the client and each situation. The team works aggressively, fairly, and respectfully!
