Our Firm's History
In 1981, Tom W. Dunaway, III, opened his solo practice in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. After multiple years working as an Assistant Solicitor for the 10th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina, Thomas W. “Field” Dunaway, IV, joined the practice in 2016. Field and Tom worked together extending their no nonsense approach to an even larger client base. Today, the Dunaway name has been hanging outside of the historic Wilhite Geisberg Marianos building located at the corner of S. McDuffie Street and E. River Street for over 40 years. Excellent legal assistance continues to be offered to all those who step foot inside its doors. Attorney Field Dunaway and his staff bring many years of combined legal experience into each and every case. Each client is valued with the understanding that each situation has unique issues regarding representation. The team works aggressively, fairly, and respectfully!
